ABOUT
ABOUT
I was born the same year as the World Wide Web, so digital technology and I grew up together. I’m a researcher and software designer based in Porto, passionate about functional systems with a whimsical touch. My background is in communication science and human-computer interaction. So far, I’ve worked with design studios, cultural institutions, and established organizations in finance, law and distribution.
My approach to design is guided by a few key principles that serve as a compass for my practice: intention and accuracy are non-negotiable; to understand the project is to understand the users context; tools bring efficiency, but critical thinking ensures rigor; bite-sized research summaries are information radiators; principles over performative processes.
